Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Steadwin. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't install Steadwin.

1. What Steadwin is

Steadwin is a mobile app that helps you track intermittent-fasting windows. It is a tracking and journaling tool — not a medical device, not a substitute for medical advice, and not a treatment for any disease or condition. Don't make medical decisions based on what Steadwin shows you. If you have a health condition, talk to a qualified clinician before starting any fasting regimen.

2. Who can use Steadwin

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use Steadwin. The app is intended for adults; intermittent fasting is not appropriate for children, pregnant or nursing people, or anyone with a medical condition that requires consistent caloric intake.

3. Free version and Premium subscription

Steadwin offers:

• Free — full intermittent-fasting tracker, free forever, no ads. Most features are in this tier.
• Steadwin Premium — unlocks cloud backup, photo journals, custom accent shades, advanced insights, premium content rotation, and priority support.

3.1 Subscription products

Premium is sold as one of three plans:

Prices in your local currency may differ from USD due to platform conversion and regional pricing. The exact price you'll be charged is shown in the Apple App Store / Google Play Store at checkout, before you confirm.

3.2 Free trial (Weekly plan only)

The Weekly plan offers a 7-day free trial to new subscribers:

• You will be asked to authorize a payment method (via Apple or Google) at trial start, but no charge occurs during the 7-day trial period.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the regular Weekly price (in your local currency) at the end of day 7. The subscription will then auto-renew weekly.
• You can cancel anytime during the trial through your App Store / Play Store subscription settings — you keep Premium until the trial expires, and you are not charged.
• Free trials are only available to new subscribers. If you previously subscribed and cancelled, you generally aren't eligible for another trial.

3.3 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions (Weekly, Annual) auto-renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple and Google charge your payment method on file. You can cancel anytime — see Support for instructions.

3.4 Lifetime purchase

The Lifetime plan is a single one-time payment. No auto-renewal. Premium remains active permanently for the device account that purchased it, subject to Apple's / Google's purchase-history rules.

3.5 Refunds

Refunds are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store directly, not by us. Their respective refund policies apply:

• Google Play: refunds typically auto-approved within 48 hours of purchase via your order history page. Later requests go through Google's support team.
• Apple App Store: refunds via reportaproblem.apple.com.

We don't issue refunds directly because we never receive your payment information — Apple and Google handle billing.

3.6 Price changes

If we raise the price of Steadwin Premium, we will notify you in advance via in-app banner and (where Apple or Google requires it) explicit re-confirmation prompts. Existing subscribers usually keep their original price for one renewal cycle, then transition to the new price.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Steadwin (beyond what's open-source on our public repository).
• Tamper with the in-app purchase mechanism to obtain Premium without paying.
• Use Steadwin to track another person's fasting without their consent.
• Use Steadwin in a way that would violate Apple's, Google's, or your country's laws.

5. Health disclaimer

Steadwin is informational only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnostic tool, and is not approved by any medical authority. Don't fast if you're pregnant, nursing, under 18, diabetic, taking medication that requires food, or have any condition where fasting could be harmful — and please consult a qualified clinician before starting any fasting regimen.

By using Steadwin, you acknowledge that you fast at your own discretion and risk.

6. Our service availability

The Steadwin app runs on your device — its core function (timer, history, journal) does not require our servers. However, certain features (eventually: cloud backup, sync) will depend on infrastructure we run. We aim for high uptime but make no warranty of continuous availability for cloud features.

7. Intellectual property

Steadwin's name, logo, app artwork, and the visual design of the user interface are owned by Deemaco. The mobile app source code is currently closed; portions may be open-sourced over time. Your data (fasts, journal entries, etc.) belongs to you.

8. Termination

You can stop using Steadwin at any time by uninstalling the app. We can, in extreme cases (chargebacks, fraud, abuse), block a device account from accessing Premium features — but we'll always notify you first and give you a chance to address the issue.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steadwin and Deemaco are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes between you and us shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith via email at ahmed@deemaco.com; if unresolved, they may be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction at the operator's principal place of business. Consumers in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer-protection laws retain rights under their local law that cannot be contractually waived.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and show an in-app banner the next time you open Steadwin. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
